Competitor terms as published by each provider (2026). Resy is owned by American Express, which also acquired Tock and is consolidating it into Resy. From 1 August 2026 Amex restricts its Resy dining credit to restaurants it lists as eligible — most still qualify, but eligibility is the platform’s call, not the restaurant’s.
